OKKI CueSeek

Add CueSeek in DingTalk

The official entry may open the DingTalk app marketplace. If you see Enable, finish that first, then search for the CueSeek robot.

Start in a private chat

After CueSeek is enabled for your organization, search for the robot name in DingTalk.

  1. Search for CueSeek

Use the DingTalk search box. Open the robot and send a first request. A reply means CueSeek is available.

If you cannot find CueSeek

The robot appears only after the third-party app is enabled for the organization, and only inside the visible range.

  1. Open the marketplace

In DingTalk, go to the workplace, then enter the marketplace, and search for CueSeek.

  2. Enable it for the organization when you can

An administrator can enable CueSeek for other people. A personal enablement only covers you until an administrator enables it for the organization.

  3. Check the visible range

If the app is enabled but you cannot search for the robot, ask an administrator to add you to the visible range.

Add CueSeek to an internal group

Optional. Third-party app robots work in internal groups. Do not add a custom robot.

  1. Use an internal group

The group must belong to the same organization that enabled CueSeek.

  2. Add the robot from group settings

Open Group management, then Robots, then Add robot. Choose the CueSeek app robot, not a custom robot.

  3. @CueSeek in the group

Members can talk to it after it has been added.

If it does not work

I can only add a custom robot.

That is the wrong type. CueSeek is an app robot after the organization enables the app. A custom robot cannot hold a private chat.

I cannot add it to an external or ordinary group.

Use an internal group, or stay in a private chat.

Search still cannot find CueSeek after uninstall.

It disappears from groups immediately. DingTalk search may take until the next day.
