Add CueSeek in Telegram

The official entry opens a chat with the CueSeek bot. Tap Start before you send a message.

Start in a private chat

Confirm CueSeek replies to you before you add it to a team group.

  1. Find the CueSeek bot

    Search for CueSeek in Telegram, or use the official entry above when it is available. Do not guess a username from this page.

  2. Tap Start

    Telegram shows a Start button the first time you open the bot. CueSeek cannot message you until you start the chat.

  3. Send a first request

    Describe the companies you want to find. A reply means CueSeek is available in this chat.

Add CueSeek to a group

Optional. In groups, CueSeek only sees messages meant for it unless it is an admin.

  1. Add the bot to the group

    Open the group, add members, and search for the CueSeek bot. In a public group, only administrators can add bots.

  2. Talk to it with an @ or a reply

    Privacy Mode is on by default. CueSeek will not read every group message. Mention it or reply to it.

  3. Do not make it an admin just so it can hear the chat

    Admin status lets a bot see all group messages. Only do that if you have a clear reason.

If it does not work

I cannot find CueSeek in Telegram.

Use the official entry on this page when it is available. Searching a guessed username will not help.

I cannot add it to a public group.

Ask a group administrator to add the bot.

It joined the group but does not reply.

Mention CueSeek or reply to one of its messages. It does not read the whole group by default.

Start does nothing.

The bot is in Telegram, but CueSeek is not responding. That is a product issue, not a missing add step.
